It's important to have the right amount of fabric for your project. Please look at these handy yardage charts to estimate the amount of fabric required. **If you do have a yardage estimate from your upholsterer please use their estimate**

Furniture Upholstery

Most Upholstery Fabrics are 54 inches wide. We've factored in yardage for most pattern matching, but some stripes, florals, and other large patterns may take more fabric. Also add extra yardage (1-3 yards) for arm covers, skirts, and attached pillow backs.

Slipcovers

For slipcovers, please be sure to precisely measure your sofa, chair, ottoman, or chaise lounge. Don't forget about seam allowances. Also, consider fabric shrinkage if you are expecting to wash your slip cover. It may help to wash all fabric beforehand.

Pillows & Cushions

For cushions, if you're considering welting, please add a minimum of 1 yard to the total amount of yardage.

Window Treatments

For Drapery- these are merely estimates, please defer to whomever is making your window treatments.

Bedding & Table Linens

Bedding and table linens are often washed due to their consistent use. It is recommend to consider the shrinkage into your measurements.
